  First time going today took my daughter to see Santa that part of the team was amazing couldn’t fault them at all. Very helpful as my mum was in a wheelchair. We went over to the cafe and I was discrased with what I walked into, we asked if the sausage rolls was hot as they didn’t look it and the women turned around and said to my mum well yeah they are hot as you can see there on a hot plate also heard her discuss how she’s been working like a pig. Her customer service skills is terrible. The food wasn’t edible at all looked as thought they had been there for over a week. And price they charge for the sausage rolls and cheese and onion potato pasties is terrible I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dogs for scraps.
